Necessary information about participation
St.Petersburg session will be held in St.Petersburg State University, Institute of Applied Astronomy
RAS. Information about St.Petersburg section of
Cosmion-2004 is available on the website http://brown.nord.nw.ru/cosmion/cosmion2004.htm. Paris-Meudon
session (20-26 September) Paris-Meudon session will be held by CIAS in Observatoire de Paris-Meudon. Necessary information
about its location can be found on the website http://www.obspm.fr Conference fee Conference fee for foreign
participants makes up for Moscow session 250 euro, for S.Petersburg session 200 euro, for both Russian
sessions 400 euro. Conference fee includes
coffee-breaks, lunches. For Russian participants conference
fee makes up for In exclusive cases upon the
agreement with the Organizing Committee the fee may be reduced for invited
speakers. Accommodation During Also we would suggest as a second
variant 3 star hotel “Tourist”. It is far enough
from SAI – near metro station “Botanichesky sad”
(of orange line). The road
from “Tourist” to SAI takes about one hour by
metro. Single and double rooms cost from 45$ and from 49$ (for two places) per
day respectively, breakfast is included, reservation
costs 25% of price for one day. Information about conditions and reservation in
this hotel can be found in http://www.hotelturist.com/english/index.html. There is opportunity realizable for Russian participants
to take the
places in hotels “Sputnik” and “Tourist” for
about 20% less price if to
make prepay. Payment can be
done through SberBank. There is some restricted opportunity to arrange a cheap
accommodation (300 rub per day) of
Russian participants. But it is
quite inconvenient variant from point
of view of
road. This lodging is in
more than one hour of
drive to SAI (near metro station
“Mar’ino”, green line). Also
one will be able to
consider other variants of cheap

about your accommodation in order we could resolve the question with
reservation the place for you. Also let us know what form of payment is
